  • Now each account owner (a person based project management account) can manage Recurrences from Backend. This item was made easier and most of users admitted that they are enjoying these upgraded functions.

    Now "Role Column" has got visible in the right place of Account Manager section. This usability feature was also made due to our users' wish.

  • Now Accounting events are shown up WorkSpace Updates tab. New clients already estimated this new functionality.

    And this is not the only new feature added. Now any project managers and accountants can add their base currency. Thus, the should choose "Add Client/Supplier" -> ""Opening Balance" -> "Base Currency Added".

  • CRM section of workforcetrack has changed significantly. First of all, Contact/lead/account cases are now in the summaries.

    Now there are two apart fields for Contact/Lead fields when they are added.

    The older functions of "Lead" section works in a proper way but the new functions of Lead conversion as (activities, notes etc.) are added.

    Contact detailed view or "Convert" button on Action panel was added for a better navigation. Now any user has possibility to track better their cleints' conversions.

    Contact Account relations - now all relation between contacts grew more logical. All new features let manager track all activities in different listions. From now on the manager can track all opportunities, actions as well as collaborators, clients, resellers, partners in one common list.
