New Feature: Project Templates and other updates, improvements made on WorkforceTrack

As an indicator of our continuous developments, we have released a new version of WorkforceTrack that came with new add-ons, changes and bugs being fixed. This release includes lots of new features those were made basing on our customers feedback - for which we are very grateful.

Updates:

1. Add collaborators from existing employees - Initiate 360 Appraisal form is improved by giving opportunity to add other employees as collaborators to a review even if they are not peears and managers at the moment.

2. Add comment in Leave Request - Leave Requests is enhanced to allow both employees and managers to add their comments.

3. Add Task Enhancements - Add task now has more inituitive and user friendly view.

4. The face of the WorkforceTrack website (www.workforcetrack.com) is changing - Apart from the new graphic WorkforceTrack has also started to increase the breadth of its business management service we can offer with a more personal touch.

5. Gantt Chart enhancements - Now critical path calculation is available with a click of a button to help you better manage your schedules and deliver projects on time. Also, you can track your planned schedule against actual performance of your team in gantt chart.

6. New Feature: Project Templates - In WorkforceTrack we are developing 'project templates' feature, by enabling which every project can be used as a template. It can be copied later when creating new projects. Project templates are convenient, time-saving and ensure your team members always follow guidelines.

You can copy following items when a project is created from a template:

  • Employee assignments
  • Tasks, Task Statuses and Task Priorities

Optionally, the following items can be copied:

  • Project Documents
  • The tasks' documents
