1. Online Project Management Welcome Page- Managers can create projects, add tasks, add new employees...
2. Creating New Project - project managers create new projects or dublicates from existing ones, assign employees, create project plan, indicate clients, specify employee charge rates
3. Adding New Task- managers/employees create new tasks, assign employees, indicate projects.
4. Filling out Timesheet - employees fill time-sheet for tasks performed
5. Submitting time-sheet for approval- time-sheet can then be submitted for approval.
6. Progress Notifications - recieve periodic progress notifications by email, time-sheet submission notification, task assignment notifications.
7. Project Cost Calculation Process- Manager can define each employee’s wage rate and client charge rates.
8. Project Summary Dashboard- Depending on employee’s approved timesheet hours system calculates project’s actual cost, planned cost and overall costs
9. Generating Project Based Invoice - Invoice to client all billable approved timesheet hours by using Project Based Invoice
